Cooling Tower Mainly Faces Problem of Scaling. So how Can we Prevent Scaling with the helps of chemicals , Let’s see

Anti-scalant:- In cooling Tower, we use Anti-scalant Chemical , which helps in scale preventing. It is Acetic in nature that helps in get rid of Scaling salts Like Silica, calcium & magnesium.

Biocides:- Biocides are of two types, First is helps in Preventing Algae in Cooling Tower and Another is micro biocides, which helps to remove micro bacteria present in water.

PH Controller:- Due to Continuous Flow of water and passes through the machines scale dissolves in water , and causes the high PH in water. Due to this choking in machines may occurs. so to maintain the PH to 7.5 to 8 in Recirculate water . we need to add the PH Controller chemical
